Happy Birthday Andrew!!!!!

Today is Andrew's 5th birthday! Funny how you never really know love until your kids are born. Andrew is our second born- and our only son. May God bless him, and watch over him always.
I love him with all my heart, and I hope he enjoys spending the day with his Eddie!

My ACHING TOOTH (OR NOT)

On Tuesday I went back to the dentist to have my second tooth pulled. *gasp* For someone who has never gotten a tooth pulled, I'm a seasoned pro! This one, however, was nothing like the last one. This one needed to be pulled thanks to a jerk dentist who did a shoddy root canal and put a crown on it. He didn't completely remove the nerves, so they just basically decayed under the crown until there was literally no tooth left. Thanks jerk dentist. The new dentist had to pull it because it could not be saved . (
BUT for some reason the sucker wouldn't come out. After about an hour of yanking, (yes I was awake), it finally came out but now my gums are torn up and my whole face on that side hurts like HELL! the dentist gave me antibiotics... a preventative measure, and Vicodin for the pain and an antibacterial mouth rinse to be sure the whole stays clean (yes I know its gross)!

So enough about that!




On the 13th was My neice Rosie's birthday... Here she is:

Update

Finally had my rheumatologist appt yesterday. He doesn't think its lupus but he is running the test for it anyway along with a ton of other rheumatic illnesses. (blood work)


I pray there is an answer in there somewhere. Keep your fingers crossed, and thanks for your support!

dentists and nostalgia

This past Monday I had the first of about 6 dental appointments. They pulled my wisdom tooth. It was my first time getting a tooth pulled, but i must say, that as scared as I am about dentists. It wasn't that bad. I have a new dentist that I think I will keep FOREVER! Evelyn will even go there. Its Eastern Dental in parsippany. Great place. Thanks Dr. K. Anyway, I still have some soreness where the tooth was pulled, but I hope all will be better soon. I go back to him on the 13th, and he will probably want to pull a different tooth that needs to come out. YAY me :(

Anywho, on the 12th is my first appointment with the rheumatologist. I am actually HOPING to have Lupus. I fear that when he doest the tests, it may not be lupus at all, and we will be no closer to a diagnosis. But hey its thats what needs to be, than I'll go with it. God has a plan...he always does.

Noemi's Birthday

So the 29th was Noemi's birthday! We celebrated witha get together on the sunday before, though. The three guys chipped in to buy Noemi a grill, and we busted it out right away! Straight to the pics:

soooo... busy times ahead

Whew! Now comes the part of the year that we are busiest! Birthdays are in abundance in the coming months, especially little Andrew!!!!! (who actually isn't so little anymore. He will be 5 on April 19th!)

Plus I have a bunch of dental appointments coming up and hopefully we can get my mouth to where it should be. First up is a wisdom tooth that will be pulled on April 5th! AAAHH. Please tell me not to be a wimp and that all will be ok! lol

Then I finally got an appt with a rheumatologist on April 12th. Hopefully some answers are in my near future. Not knowing what is wrong with me makes me CRAZY! I'm also hoping that its nothing I can't handle and that everything will be fine. Thankfully I have wonderful family and friends who are nothing but supportive!
